Tom O’Brien
Founder & Managing Director (MD)
The business was founded in 2000 with the aim of adding value to concrete infrastructure assets and has since developed into a full asset maintenance and development company and sets the overall direction and long-term vision for the company.
Tom leads the business, ensuring all departments align with the company’s goals and values and makes strategic decisions to drive growth and sustainability. He acts as the face of the company for stakeholders, investors, and partners and provides operations oversight, resource allocation and monitors performance across all areas.
Tom also identifies opportunities for expansion, new markets, partnerships, and innovations, problem solving, handles key challenges and high-level negotiations.
Jeanette Goss
Accounts/Commercial Manager
Jeanette manages day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, cash flow, invoicing, and payments, and prepares regular financial reports and analyses to provide insights into the company’s performance and identifies cost-saving opportunities and ensures the business remains within budgetary limits.
Ensures compliance with legal, tax, and financial regulations. Manages audits and tax returns.
Oversees commercial contracts with suppliers, negotiating terms, and managing relationships to optimize costs and efficiency.
Lucy Anderson
Cost Control | Systems/HR Manager
Lucy oversees the company’s IT systems developing and implementing business processes across the organisation. She manages recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance management.
Ensures adherence to labour laws and HR policies, maintaining a positive work environment and managing employee relations.
Implements staff training programs and professional development initiatives to upskill employees.
Ensures compliance with our systems to maintain our ISO quality, safety and environmental accreditations.

RCW is a leading provider of specialist Consultation and Contracting services pertaining to the concrete repair, refurbishment and upgrades for the Commercial, Construction and Civil industries with operations throughout Australia.
RCW was formed in 2000 to cater for the needs of property owners and stakeholders pertaining to specialist concrete and related infrastructure maintenance and repair.
In order to continue to fulfil the needs of our clients, we have grown into an organisation that completes specialist concrete infrastructure and commercial concrete projects, we cater for building alterations, upgrades and refurbishments along with greenfield projects
We have significant depth of labour and equipment resources available to suit the needs of our clients and have worked in many and varied geographical locations. We also work closely with a team of highly skilled subcontractors to give added flexibility and expertise, giving us the ability to handle several large projects at once.
How we operate
We have a proven solid financial capacity and have the ability to offer Bank Guarantees as security for projects. Financial references are available upon request and we have a nil claims history on all our projects.
We run a fully integrated management plan on our projects. This covers our Safety, Quality, and Environmental issues and is audited to ISO 9001 standards.
We are committed to Safety & the Environment. We have developed an OHS&E program setting out our aims for the company and the procedures by which this company intends to implement them. All our employees are inducted into our systems.
